Challenges you face when learning/teaching online:
1) Technical issues
2) Connection problems ( week signal, wifi,....)
3) Power supply
4) As a teacher , you can not monitor all students during the lesson.
5) Students may get bored or don't participate
6) Lack of motivation for online learners.
7) Time consumed
8) Difficulties the special need students they face.
9) Fear of cheating
10) Computer knowledge
11) Adaptability
12) Distraction.
You have mentioned an important point teachers can not monitor all students during the lesson, and that's totally right unfortunately.
