Physical Education:
As we take care about our mental education , we take care also about physical education. As a human being , we have to take care about our health and body by practicing sport on daily bases for minimum of 20 minutes .
Practicing sport refresh and strength the blood circulation in our body which have a positive effect on our heath , body and thinking . This can be through walking , running or practicing our favorite sports etc...
As teachers and educators we can play a main role in directing and advising students to practice their favorite sport and eat healthy food. All this will reflect positively on their productivity and engagements in class and outside the class.
